Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags and — for lingerie and swimwear — the protective hygiene strip still in place.
How to Return
Email love@krenamilano.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? We'll happily exchange eligible items, subject to availability.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
