Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your desired items, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, click the cart icon and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping details and payment information, then confirm your order.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
When your order is placed, our warehouse begin to pack it right away to ensure it reaches you in good time. This means that it is unfortunately not possible to add to, amend or cancel an order once it has been placed. Your purchases can be returned for a refund or exchange. If you have forgotten to purchase an item, you will need to place a secondary order.
Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Please note that shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location.
My package says delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
We recommend checking with your local post office for any possible missed deliveries. If you’re still unable to locate your package, please contact us immediately, and we’ll help you resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Krena pieces! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy for full-priced items. Sale items are final sale. Please make sure your items are unworn, unwashed, with all hygienic liners and all tags attached and original packaging.
* For hygienic reasons, please make sure to try swimwear and lingerie’s with your own underwear on.
How do I return or exchange an item?
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll guide you through the process, and you’ll receive a return label if applicable.
I received a faulty or incorrect item. What should I do?
If in the unlikely event you receive an incorrect or damaged item, or notice a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the issue. If the item is in stock, we will replace it with the exact same product, if in stock. We apologize for any inconvenience and will ensure a smooth replacement or refund process within 7 days of receiving your item.

Can I exchange a sale item?
Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer digital and physical gift cards in various amounts. They can be used on any items across our website and make the perfect gift for someone special.
