EU delivery info

Good news! When you make a Krena purchase, you’re entitled to our standard free delivery service. This service operates weekdays Mon – Fri 8am to 5pm. To ensure you get all your goods before the weekend, please place your order by Tuesday to receive by Friday at the latest.

All EU orders take approx. 2-3 working days, however if your item is located in a different warehouse it may take up to 6-7 working days

Please note, we do not take any responsibility for delivery to shipping companies or freight forwarders, this will be at your own risk.

For next day deliveries, we charge €5.99. Please ensure you place your order before 5pm the day before to receive it the next working day. If the order is placed after this time, delivery will fall on the following working day.

 

Saturday delivery is delivered on the first Saturday after the order is placed. Orders must be placed on or before Friday by 4.30pm to be delivered on Saturday.

Saturday delivery costs 10EURO.

If you’re nominated day is Saturday but you’ve ordered in the week, it’s cool. We hold on to your items and make sure it’s despatched on time so it’s delivered exactly when you want it.

Please note, we don’t deliver to all USA locations. Delivery excludes: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands and the Virgin Islands.

We do not take any responsibility for delivery to shipping companies or freight forwarders, this will be at your own risk.

All our deliveries are handled by Parcel Force, FedEx and UPS. Reliability is key and that’s why we always choose a signed-for delivery service.

Unfortunately we can’t offer a choice for delivery provider, we select the best option depending on shipping region. Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no-one is in, we’ll make sure to leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot.

For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any in-going customs or tax costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination.

Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
