Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Krena pieces! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to assist with exchanges and returns under the following conditions:

Return Policy

Full-priced items: You can return full-priced items within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, including any hygiene liners and the original packaging.

Sale items: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, we’ll be happy to help, provided the item meets the return criteria.

How to Return or Exchange

Contact us: Reach out to our customer service team at love@krenamilano.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.

Return instructions: We’ll provide you with a return label (where applicable) and detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Return shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.

Processing time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process the return or exchange.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty or incorrect item, or immediately find a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible at love@krenamilano.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

If the item is in stock, we’ll send you a replacement of the exact same product. If it’s not available, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

We apologize for any inconvenience and will ensure a smooth replacement or refund process within 7 days of receiving your item.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.

All orders placed now can be returned within 14 days of being received. This applies to online order and purchases made in our store.

Our stores will also be accepting return of online purchases so you can drop your return in store if that fits best.
